Need for find the serial number for my ECS Z87H3-M for the rebate.

The only number I can locate on the front of the board has EA= in front of it.

But this number doesn't follow the serial number format they listed here which says it should be 1 letter, 5 numbers, 1 letter, 8 numbers

PC Wizard also shows all my serial numbers for the board as 00000000
Is it possible the serial number is located on the back of the board? (I would really hate to rip my entire system apart to find it) or should I just use the EA= number and hope for the best?

Dear All,
could someone point out how to change the UUID and serial number of a lenovo b590 bios?
a friend of mine owns multiple of the same notebooks and flashed all with a whitelist removed bios. this has set all the uuid's to the same and has set the serial numbers to the same.
the case is that the notebooks should function in a active directory envoirment and should be installed using WDS. this is impossible using the same UUID's.
any help would be greatly apreciated!!!!

Which one are talking about the windows serial number or the mother boards serial number. Key or serial # that you use to install windows. It is tide to the mother board and if you try to change it. You could screw up the Validation on that OEM copy. Offcourse motherboard SN and I don't know what you mean to screw up the validation.
