But another post showing how to create a GUI in VS, then removing a couple line of codes then carrying on working in ISE... Which I found is more tedious than using Primal Form CE...

So my question is, are these two things from above are the same thing? Or completely different? Forgive me, as I have not used VS before in my life... I just wanted to create GUI easily in one software and and change the code within the same software.
